Just WOW! I didn’t know I lived in a beautiful park until Steve and his Monster Machine chewed up all the underbrush, limbs, branches on several acres . We knew we needed to “clean out” some areas from 5+ years worth of growth and hurricane damage to multiple trees, but never imagined the transformation would be simply stunning! I now spent too much time gazing out the window or driving the golf cart where we could never drive til now!! And like so many others have mentioned, Steve is a real professional on all levels as well as a real likable guy. I actually met him at the end of a long day of clearing our place, as he was loading up the machine and he seemed full of energy still, with a ready smile! You can tell when someone loves what they do and Steve fits that bill to a “T”. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again in the future! ~ Linda B

We researched service providers that performed forest mulching and then began the decision process of selecting the best person with the best price for the job. After meeting Steve, the owner operator of Swamp Gator ULM, the choice was clear. He was without hesitation the best out of all the many we interviewed to complete the large project of mulching our acreage to a high standard. EVERYTHING he said he could and would do he did and in fact went above and beyond. One thing he said was that he would do the job to the standard that he himself would expect if it were his property and he did. From the first time Steve came out and walked the land and asked questions about what my needs were, I knew he was the professional I was looking for. I am amazed at the quality of the work. I never thought it would come out so clean...rather than chips on the ground, it's really just bits. He wasn't just here at 7:30 like he said he would be...he was unloaded and coming through my gate and working before 7:30. He completely cleared the perimeter of my 5 acres for a new fence install, cleared cross sections for paddocks and took out a holly grove 70 ft by 20 and 25 ft high. After contacting numerous contractors, I hired Steve to clear my 1.9 acres at Little River Airpark. He came out and met me on the property and we discussed what I wanted. Steve knows his stuff and taught me all about the property, the particular trees and other fauna, of which he has an amazing knowledge and respect for. He made prudent suggestions and we agreed on a plan. Steve and Daniel showed up with their equipment and got to work. Swamp Gator Underbrushing is the best land clearing company! Such an amazing deal especially during this 2020 year. They are very punctual and professional. I was inherited a forestry for a back yard and my vision was to have a safe place for my children to play. They cleared the 1acre of trees plus DEBRIS and I even got a bonus! Steve was right on time with our appointment. He came with the right equipment, got right to work and did an outstanding job for us. His experience showed in the way he handled taking down our trees without causing damage to anything else. He was able to lay the trees down exactly how he wanted them to fall. Even though Steve was a few counties away, he showed up when he said he’d be here for the quote and again when he arrived to clear the land. Even though our lot was not a small endeavour, the deposit to book was very low, not that we would have changed our minds, but it was nice to know that we could have, if we had needed to switch dates without breaking our check book. He arrived at daylight to get as much work done as possible. That was impressive to me. The price was more than landclearing normally costs, HOWEVER, when he was done, there was no pile to be burned, nothing buried, and our lot looked like a park. The ground was covered in the mulch made from the trees that were cleared. We live on a lake, the property we had cleared was so thick with brush trees and tangle vines, we had never even seen it except from the water. Now it is cleared all the way down to the water. It is beautiful. We already have neighbors asking about it. No, it’s Not for sale! We are extremely satisfied with his work. ~ Laura T

I am so happy with the service Swamp Gator provided. They are very professional and offer fair prices. They showed up on time and called for me to check their work before they left. Most importantly they are RELIABLE. I have so much of my land that is usable now. I was able to have a big section of overgrowth, vines, brush and small trees cleared out. Steve did a great job clearing my property. I was not able to be present when he carried out the work, so he sent pictures of the progress every day. Had my free estimate, date and time set. Steve was there on time and continued till the land around our house looked beautiful and just the way we requested. Besides trees removed all the underbrush was too. Some alterations and more cutting was done on front side, but it enhanced the look and we were very pleased. We have property near Luraville in SW Suwannee County. We needed approximately 1600' of fence path cut through our woods and some more wooded areas cleared for a greenhouse and stuff... That forestry mulcher is a hell of a machine. Steve is very detailed, extremely professional, and skilled with his machine. He's also a great American! Steve and his wonderful crew had their hands full with big trees , Surprise "treasure" , overgrown vines, and an abandoned house on the property we purchased .
